Schedules that survive contact with trades, change orders that get paid, and weekly cost control.
How it runs
6 segments of roughly 20 minutes. Watch one now and the rest next week; each segment plays start to finish.
Seat time is tracked. Credit counts only while the video is playing at normal speed and visible; you cannot skip ahead.
Each segment ends with a short checkpoint. You have to attempt it, not pass it. There is no final exam.
When the last segment is done, your completion record is issued with every field BC Housing asks for in the LRB portal.
When we refresh this course
Refresh trigger: Annual example refresh. A refreshed course is a new version. BC Housing lets you claim points for a course once unless it has substantially changed, and your dashboard shows whether you already hold a record for any version of it.
